Agency Client Services Agreement

About this document

What it’s for

A master services agreement between an agency and its client. It sets the ground rules once – fees, approvals, who owns the work, how media and suppliers are paid, how AI tools are used and how liability is limited – so that each new project or retainer just needs a short Statement of Work.

When to use it

  • Creative, branding, design, digital, social media, PR, content and performance marketing agencies
  • Monthly retainers, one-off projects, or both
  • Where the agency buys media or manages influencers and suppliers for the client
