A spreadsheet or dashboard designed and built around the way your business works, from job costing and stock control to pricing models, invoicing and reporting packs. It is automated and error-checked so it saves you time every month.

We start with a free conversation to understand what you need. We then agree what will be built and the price, build and test the spreadsheet, and walk you through it so you and your team are confident using it.

It depends on the size of the project. Simple tools can be ready quickly, while larger systems take longer. We will give you a clear timescale before any work starts.

Our custom spreadsheets come with a lifetime bug-free guarantee. If something in the build does not work as it should, we will put it right.

A ready-made Microsoft Excel workbook designed by our team for an everyday business job, such as budgeting, invoicing, stock control or payroll. Each one comes with a user guide and sample data so you can see how it works before entering your own figures.

Prebuilt spreadsheets are bought online. Once your payment has gone through you can download the workbook straight away, and it stays in your client portal for 12 months so you can download it again whenever you need to.

Our workbooks are built for Microsoft Excel and work in Excel for Windows and Mac. If you are unsure whether your version of Excel is suitable, get in touch before you buy and we will check for you.

Yes. Every workbook comes with sample data to show you how it works, and you can clear it with one click when you are ready to enter your own figures.

Yes. If a prebuilt solution is close to what you need but not quite right, we can adapt it for you or build something bespoke. Just tell us what you need and we will give you a quote.

Ready-made Microsoft Word templates for UK businesses, grouped into seven categories: contracts and terms, company secretarial, people and HR, health and safety, landlord and property, charities, and finance and credit control. Each one includes guidance notes so you know what to fill in.

Each category is a pack for £20, and you get every document in it – not just one. Documents All-Access gives you every category for 12 months, including new documents as they are added, for £295. The Complete Bundle adds every prebuilt spreadsheet too, for £400 a year.

Every template is a Microsoft Word (.docx) file with an AML Consultancy Solutions cover page. They also open in Google Docs, Apple Pages and LibreOffice.

Yes. Every line can be edited, and the guidance notes show what to fill in and what you might want to adapt for your business. Delete the notes and cover page once your document is ready.

No. They are professionally structured starting points for UK businesses. You are responsible for making sure a document suits your situation, and for anything complex or high-value we recommend having your final version checked by a solicitor.

Yes. Our spreadsheets and document templates are licensed to your organisation, not to one person, so one purchase covers everyone in your business. From your client portal you can add up to 25 colleagues as team members, as long as their email address uses the same business domain as yours (for example, jane@smithltd.co.uk can add sam@smithltd.co.uk). Teams are not available on personal email addresses such as Gmail or Outlook.com, and contractors or other businesses need their own licence. Our Terms and Conditions give the full details.

Yes. In your client portal you can download a whole pack in one go, or open the pack and download any single document on its own whenever you need it. Spreadsheets are listed individually, and you can search across everything you have bought.

Once you have bought from us, you can create a client portal account with the email address you paid with. It is where you download your spreadsheets and documents for 12 months, view and print invoices, update your details, add your team and upgrade to All-Access. Use the Client portal button at the top of any page.
