Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Services

About this document

What it’s for

Standard business-to-business terms for any business that supplies services – for example maintenance, IT support, marketing, training, design or bookkeeping. They work with a short Service Order (Schedule 1) recording the services, timetable and charges for each customer, and include processor terms (Schedule 2) for when you handle the customer’s personal data.

When to use it

  • For ongoing services or one-off projects for business customers
  • Behind every quotation, so all customers are on consistent terms
  • Not for consumers – consumer contracts must comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015
