A rolling weekly cash forecast for businesses under cash pressure

When cash is tight, a monthly budget isn't enough – you need to know which WEEK the money runs short, and by how much. This workbook builds a 13-week (one quarter) rolling cash forecast from the things that really drive your bank balance: unpaid sales invoices, unpaid supplier bills, payroll and HMRC dates, VAT and corporation tax, loan and HP repayments, rent and every other regular or one-off receipt and payment. Each completed week is replaced by what actually happened, so the forecast keeps itself honest, and you can roll it forward every week by changing one date.
