Every director, PSC and LLP member – who must verify their identity, by when, and who has done it
Secure checkout. Your file is ready in your client portal as soon as payment clears.
Since 18 November 2025, every new director and person with significant control (PSC) must verify their identity with Companies House, and existing directors and PSCs must do so during a 12-month transition – directors by their company's next confirmation statement and PSCs within 14 days of the start of their birth month. Failing to verify is an offence. This tracker lists your companies and everyone connected to them, works out each person's deadline, records their personal code once verified, and shows who is overdue or due soon.
