12.07% accrual, rolled-up holiday pay, balances, holiday pay rates and leavers – for irregular-hours and part-year workers
Secure checkout. Your file is ready in your client portal as soon as payment clears.

For leave years starting on or after 1 April 2024, irregular-hours and part-year workers build up holiday at 12.07% of the hours they actually work, and employers may pay rolled-up holiday pay instead. Holiday pay must also include regular overtime, commission and allowances, averaged over the previous 52 paid weeks. This calculator records hours and pay for up to 40 workers, accrues their holiday, values holiday taken at the correct average rate, and works out what a leaver is owed.
