An imprest petty cash book – analysed, reconciled and VAT-ready
Secure checkout. Your download link is sent as soon as payment clears.

Most businesses keep a little cash for stamps, milk, parking and the odd emergency repair – and most lose track of it. This workbook runs your petty cash on the 'imprest' system used by accountants: you start with a fixed float, record every payment out and every top-up in, and top the tin back up to the float by exactly what's been spent. The cash book keeps a running balance and tells you the top-up needed at any moment. It produces the traditional analysed petty cash book for any month, a full-year analysis, a VAT summary by month and VAT quarter, a cash count that reconciles the notes and coins in the tin to the book, and a printable petty cash voucher.
