Share tips fairly, pass on every penny and keep the records the Allocation of Tips Act requires
Secure checkout. Your file is ready in your client portal as soon as payment clears.

Since 1 October 2024 employers must pass on every penny of qualifying tips, gratuities and service charges to workers, share them fairly, pay them by the end of the following month, have a written policy and keep records for three years. This workbook records tips received by card and cash, allocates them each period by hours worked and agreed points or role weights, shows each person's share and the payment deadline, and produces the policy record and the information workers can ask to see.
