Wedding & Event Budget Planner

Overview

Weddings, big birthdays and company events have a lot in common: dozens of suppliers, deposits and balances due on different dates, a guest list that keeps changing and costs that quietly creep up. This planner keeps everything in one place. You set a budget (or build one up from your costs), list what everything should cost, then record quotes and actual prices as they come in. Per-head costs follow your guest list automatically, every supplier's deposit and instalments feed a payment calendar and a month-by-month cash flow, and the planner tells you how much to save each month so every bill is paid on time. A countdown checklist works back from the date so nothing is forgotten.
